The Alabaster Life: Amy shares the
secrets she found in Luke 7.
The woman with the alabaster jar poured out all she had on Jesus out of
a desperately thankful heart. Looking at alabaster, the substance the
jar was made of, we can see that alabaster, much like a heart for
Christ, is created over time, is transparent, and easily carved. This
is also a story of personal testimony for Amy as she sees herself much
like this women whose love for God started with the realization that
her sins which were many, had been forgiven much.
